Experience Host
Full-time / part-time
Key duties
- Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
- Hosting tours and tastings
- Sharing the story of The Cadushy Distillery and our products
- Answering guest questions
- Supporting sales in the shop and bar
- Preparing and serving tastings and drinks
- Keeping the visitor area clean, organized and guest-ready
- Helping the team create a memorable Cadushy Experience
Position summary
The Experience Host is responsible for welcoming our guests and creating a warm, fun and memorable visit at The Cadushy Distillery.
You will host visitors, share the story of our products and our distillery, support tastings, answer questions, and help guests enjoy The Cadushy Experience from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave.
You are the person who brings energy, hospitality and a smile to our guests. In short: you help us share The Spirit of Bonaire with the world.
Requirements
- MBO-4 or equivalent
- Experience in hospitality, tourism or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly, energetic and guest-oriented
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
- Comfortable speaking in front of groups
- Good command of English, Dutch and Papiamentu
- Team spirit
- Sense of humor
- A positive attitude and a hands-on mentality

Weekend & holiday help
Part-time · 8–16 hours per week
What will you do?
- Taking visitors through our story with passion and enthusiasm
- Introducing guests to our products during tastings
- Helping out in the shop and bar
- Keeping the visitor area guest-ready
- Supporting the team on busy weekends and holidays
Position summary
Would you enjoy giving our visitors the unique Cadushy Experience 1 or 2 days a week? Then we are looking for you!
The Cadushy Experience has become one of Bonaire’s most popular attractions. As weekend & holiday help, your hospitality makes sure our guests have an unforgettable visit.
What we ask

- Strong communicator in English and Dutch, preferably also German and Spanish
- Flexible availability on weekends and during holidays

- Representing Cadushy at events and markets
- Handing out flyers and getting people excited about The Cadushy Experience
- Hosting tastings of our products
- Sharing the Cadushy story with new faces
- Setting up, running and packing up the promo stand
About the role
As a member of our promotion team, you are the face of Cadushy outside the distillery.
You go to events, hand out flyers, let people taste our products and make sure everyone knows where The Spirit of Bonaire comes from.

- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
